Jymi Update

Jymi and M. Hadassah left on Friday and has now safely made it to Yanji. Praise God! We can continue to partner with them both by praying for them and encouraging them. The following are prayer requests from Jymi:

Prayer Request

1. May God stir up a generation of Christians in Yanji that have a crazy desire to worship Him and be equipped to reach out to the people of NK when He opens the gates.

2. Let their cafe be a place where customers can relax and open their hearts to the gospel through our words, actions and love.

3. Pray for M. Hadassah that she will continue to draw strength, wisdom, peace and passion from the Lord.

4. Salvation of my parents, brother, distant relatives and my grandmother.

5. Dan (Han), my caretaker. He will be my personally accountability, my connection to my church (GCC), and my messenger. Pray for strength, clarity, and heart brokenness among us.

6. My personal time with God. May it be fruitful and filled with joy. I will be having a lot of downtime by myself and during that downtime, I want to commit to the Lord. =)

Missionary Hadassah’s Prayer Requests

Missionary Hadassah has left for Yanji and would like for you to pray for her.

Prayer Requests

Pray that all intercessors for North Korea will be clothed in holiness and power to fight with the evil one with the truth. Pray that their perspective of North and South Korea will be aligned with God’s perspective, and they will be a mighty force mobilized by the secrets of God’s plans for Korean peninsula in the future. Please pray that God will allow a Christ-centered reunification of South and North Korea this year.
Pray that He anoints all the gifts He has given me for His work, especially the work of my hands. Please pray that through my work, He would allow the beauty and fullness of Christ to be transmitted to those who don’t know Him yet.
Pray that God would pour out the oil of blessing and favor over the Pasta Café. Through the business God will multiply the lifestyle of blessings where ever it may go; Please pray that He would grow and develop the relationships between myself, J, and the community of the Chosun-Jok (Korean Chinese) by His grace.
Pray that He fills me with His wisdom so that I will be used as a peacemaker and as an instrument of joy and refreshing to the body of Christ.
Please pray for the orphans.

Costa Rica update!

Hi Friends! Our Costa Rica Team is doing well at Abraham Project. They return on Friday, Jan 13th. Please continue to pray for them. So far they’ve been doing construction work, playing with the children, and teaching. They are learning a great deal about having a servant’s heart from Missionary Jonathan and other staff.
